Employee TrainingsA large part of leadership is motivating others to change. Throughout my leadership rotation I was given many opportunities to teach new ideas to managers and employees. First, I was able to educate employees on becoming earthquake prepared. I used an interactive game to teach employees how to prepare for an earthquake. I also taught managers about succession planning. This teaching opportunity challenged me to motivate the managers to evaluate, mentor and train their employees for future leadership positions. Attached are my handouts for each lesson.
