Theme DayThe cumulative project during this rotation was to use all our management skill and create and execute a theme day; complete with decorations, new menu items, taste panel, and daily production sheets. Our theme was Sweeter in the South. Specifically, I was in charge of the dessert and chose a hummingbird cupcake topped with a pineapple garnish. Overall, our sales triple our regular numbers and the customers enjoyed the monotony breaker.
