Provo Rehabilitation & NursingWorking at this facility was a nice combination of management and clinical duties. The dietitian at this facility is responsible for managing food service and completing all nutrition assessment. This rotation gave me an opportunity to improve my interpersonal skills by visiting with patients, nurses and other healthcare professionals. During this rotation I was able to assist the dietitian with at home visit. During these visits, I would discuss diabetes and carbohydrate counting with patients.
